Refund Policy

Every Caliu poster is a custom digital item, generated from your own chat and delivered as an instant download. This page explains when we can offer a refund. Our goal is simple: you should be happy with what you receive.

Digital goods & your EU withdrawal right

For personalized digital content delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not normally apply once the download has started. By completing your purchase and downloading your poster, you ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that item. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.

When we’ll refund you

We want you to get a poster you love. We’ll happily issue a refund if something went wrong on our side, for example:

• The download failed or the file was corrupted and we couldn’t get a working file to you.
• The delivered poster is materially broken (e.g. missing or scrambled content) due to a fault in our service.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Just reach out within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right, usually by fixing the file, and by refunding if we can’t.

When we usually can’t refund

• You changed your mind after successfully downloading a correctly-generated poster.
• The look isn’t what you hoped for, even though it rendered correctly (the live preview shows exactly what you’ll get before you pay).
• A print came out differently because of your own printer, paper or print shop.

Even then, talk to us: we’d rather help you get a result you love than leave you unhappy.

How to request a refund

Email hello@caliuprints.com with your order id and a short note on what went wrong. Because Polar is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method; you may also be contacted by Polar regarding the transaction. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
