Are my messages safe? Do you store them?

We never store your messages. The whole analysis runs in your own browser, so your conversation never leaves your device. If you choose to buy, the only thing that reaches us is the derived statistics and the design you made, never the chat itself. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Does it work with any chat export?

Yes. Caliu supports every chat export format: Android (12h and 24h), iOS, 2- and 4-digit dates, 1-on-1 and group chats. You just need a chat with at least a few months of history.

What size is the poster?

You can pick from several sizes. Every poster exports at high resolution (300dpi), sharp enough to print at home or at any copy shop, or order it printed and framed.

These terms govern your use of caliuprints.com (“Caliu”, “we”) and any digital poster you buy from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.

Who you’re dealing with

Caliu is an independent project based in Barcelona, Spain. Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our Merchant of Record: it is the seller of record for your order and handles billing, tax and invoicing.

What Caliu does

Caliu turns a WhatsApp chat export into a personalized, high-resolution digital poster (a PNG image) that you download. The chat is processed in your browser; see our Privacy Policy. The product today is digital only. Printed and framed physical posters are not yet available.

Your licence to the poster

When you buy a poster, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the generated image for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing it yourself or at a print shop for personal use, or giving it as a gift. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, or pass it off as a template for others.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use the chat content you upload to create your poster.
You won’t use Caliu to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
You won’t abuse, overload, probe or attempt to circumvent the service or its checkout.

Price, payment & delivery

Prices are shown on the site in euros (EUR) and are charged by Polar, who applies any taxes (such as EU VAT) and issues your invoice. Your poster is delivered as an instant download in your browser after payment, plus a secure re-download link by email that stays valid for 90 days.

Output & print quality

Posters export at high resolution intended for print. The final file is generated on your own device, so the exact resolution can depend on your device’s capabilities (some mobile browsers cap very large image exports). For the sharpest result, exporting on a desktop browser is recommended. Print appearance also depends on your printer, paper and print shop.

Because each poster is a custom digital item delivered instantly, please read our Refund Policy before buying. We’ll always help if something went technically wrong.

Disclaimers

Caliu is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that a particular device will produce a particular file size.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Caliu is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
